Melissa Bailey is a woman of compassion, conviction, and unparalleled determination to assist people to reach their full potential through education. Melissa reaches out to strengthen and empower men, women, and children of the highest God. Ministering from a kingdom perspective to ignite their faith, encouraging them to take the action needed to fulfill their destiny; Pastor Bailey is driven. She studied the Bible at United Christian Institute of Trenton, NJ. She served as a minister of service for 14 years at Fellowship Revival Church of Love under Bishop Leonard Bailey whom she was married to for 10 years prior to his death. She is the mother of 5 wonderful children and her main purpose & goal is to make an impact wherever she goes.
Melissa is currently the Pastor of Excellence and Grace Kingdom International Ministries under the magnanimous Ministry of Bishop Ralph L. Dennis, of Kingdom Fellowship Covenant Ministries. She is the founder of Women of Excellence and Grace USA, a multi-state women's ministry. She is the producer and host of an internet radio & TV talk show called Speak Life. Pastor Bailey covers and supports an orphanage in Africa that serves over 300 children.

Closing Address
"Broken Butterfly"
Shantè Cotton is a volunteer with the domestic violence speaker's bureau through safe alliance and community support services. She's the author of Broken Butterfly; currently serves as Chair for the City of Charlotte Domestic Violence Advisory Board and is a survivor of domestic violence. Shante's vision is to see domestic violence ended completely and she unapologetically uses her voice to raise awareness and speak out as an advocate against domestic violence in her community.
