We will model behaviors that emphasize previously taught concepts for with teachers. We will model everything from diapering, story times, language, and any other area that needs attention. No task is too small or too large!
Training sessions are offered to the general body of early educators as well as specific groups of educators. All sessions offered at Govan-Hunt are researched based, built on adult learning principles, and instruction is individualized to meet the needs of the learners.

Parents are essential in accomplishing high quality programs. Parental involvement comes in various shapes, sizes, and amounts of time. It can be challenging for educators to manage classrooms and find time to design programs that will draw more of and just the right type of participation.

One must be flexible when in the classroom and understand that the ability to switch gears based on the needs of children is a must.

However; one must also have a plan. The mere existence of a plan has the ability to turn off the chaos. We help teachers develop plans based on curriculum and the children being served. We teach educators how to be intentional about plans for true individualization. We also help them wrap concepts around the Common Core Standards implemented at state and national levels.
